Requirements for all positions:

Friendly demeanor and great interpersonal skills
Well groomed and neat appearance
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Little to no attendance issues
Detail oriented and can multi-task
Can accurately handle cash & credit transactions and operate a POS system
Will maintain equipment cleanliness and function
Will maintain area cleanliness and help in other areas that need assistance
Shifts will include weekdays, weeknights, and weekends (day/night)

Front Desk/Control Counter:

Responsible for check-in, lane assignment, rental shoe issue/collection, customer check-out process, collection of payment, and overall customer satisfaction
Answers phone in a professional and pleasant manner
Prepares for leagues and starts leagues on time, assists league bowlers with any questions or needs they may have
Promptly notifies the mechanic of pinsetter malfunctions
In charge of area cleanliness to include cleaning tables and chairs in the lane area, returning house balls to the racks, and making sure the area is clean and ready for the next customer
Bowling knowledge is very helpful

Bartender:

Previous bartending experience is a must
Knowledgeable about making and serving beer, wine, specialty cocktails and keeps up with industry trends
Can maintain a full guest experience from greeting the customer, checking back with the customer, and closing out the tab of the customer
Can adhere to legal training and serving requirements
Will clean the bar top and bar tables/chairs on a regular basis
Will stock bottled beer, liquor, and replace kegs as needed
